Final Policy Release Webinar: LUNA Technical Requirements V1.0 (English)

The DLC will host an informational webinar on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm EST to review the final LUNA Technical Requirements V1.0.

Released on December 17, 2021, the final V1.0 Technical Requirements for LUNA are intended to mitigate negative impacts of lighting at night such as sky glow and light trespass by establishing system performance specifications and best practices.

This webinar will cover:

1. Eligibility & Primary Use Designations (PUDs) for LUNA

2. Two Sets of Requirements to Obtain LUNA Qualification: DLC SSL V5.1 and LUNA

3. Testing & Reporting Requirements (Controllability, Distribution, Spectral, etc.)
