DLC Members are utility energy efficiency programs, regional energy efficiency organizations, or other energy efficiency advocacy groups. Each Member has separate program guidelines as required by their state or region, such as reporting requirements, cost-effectiveness, budget approvals, etc).
DLC Members are integral to the success of the DLC’s mission: to achieve energy optimization by enabling interconnected solutions with a focus on quality for people and the environment. Together, our Members create a collective force that provides expertise and insight into DLC policy and specification development on topics such as quality, performance, and energy efficiency to drive lighting market transformation.
In addition to creating robust qualified products lists that make it easy and affordable for energy efficiency programs to qualify products for rebates, the DLC also creates Member-specific tools and resources that promote product quality and performance, support program offerings, and help Members meet or exceed their energy efficiency goals.
