Join the Consortium.

The DLC is a non-profit organization improving energy efficiency, lighting quality, and the human experience in the built environment. We collaborate with a wide variety of commercial lighting players to create comprehensive criteria for lighting performance that keeps up with the pace of technology. Together, we’re creating solutions for a better future with better lighting.

Ways to Get Involved

For the last ten years we’ve adapted to the rapidly-changing and evolving needs of the commercial lighting industry, in big part because of the support and input we receive through consortium activities. Whether you represent energy efficiency programs, regulatory bodies, manufacturers, test labs, lighting designers, distributors, trade allies, horticultural growers, or someone else with an interest in commercial lighting we encourage you to join us! Diverse perspectives result in creative problem solving and comprehensive solutions.
