DLC Case Studies

In partnership with the US Department of Energy (DOE) and DLC Member utilities, the DLC completed several demonstration projects of various networked lighting control technologies. The technologies were selected via an RFQ process in 2015. These projects provide data and experience using new networked lighting controls. The results, experience, and lessons learned are presented in a series of case studies below.
Case Studies from our Partners

The General Services Administration (GSA) Green Proving Grounds (GPG) Program leverages GSA’s real estate portfolio to test innovative building technologies and provide recommendations on their deployment. The program helps GSA meet its sustainability goals with actionable data that informs investment decisions targeted at reducing energy- and water-use. Several types of advanced lighting control technologies have been tested or are being tested by the program.
