Amber is not yet the white knight for sustainable outdoor light
Leora Radetsky, DLC's Senior Lighting Scientist, presented at the Light Symposium 2022 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Her presentation, "Amber is not yet the white knight for sustainable outdoor light", was based on the research conducted to characterize non-white light performance which revealed that terminology, nomenclature, measurement and performance are lacking standards, and calls upon the lighting industry and researchers to get involved with the development of these standards.
